Tuesday, August 22, 2023 - Prince - Barolo 2019 (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Concentrated red berry and cherry fruit, fruit tea, slight pot pourri. Juicy, medium plus intensity acidity lends a little sourness to the fruit, huge drying tannins are tight and chewy, built for age though the sourness of the fruit is a little off-putting for me.
