Saturday, July 11, 2020 - Light gold color. Drank a couple glasses over 90 minutes. Cellared 2011/Disgorged 2018. Poured this for a couple of the high school gang after a round of golf. Sat out on the front porch looking out over the creek bottoms and woods on a beautiful afternoon. Hard to beat a day like this. This was great after a warm day in the sun. Bright citrus, apple peel, mineral, ginger, earthy and yeasty. Always so good.

I have some with the 08 base, but found some 10’ base locally. Drinking the 10’ before the 08’ would be right or no because it’s a NV with reserves?
