Thursday, January 18, 2024 - Howard Ripley '22 Burgundy: Ripe and dense but not heavy on the nose or palate: lots of quality oak, ripe strawberry, red cherry and a hint of citrus. Smooth, round, concentrated on the palate: friendly but not interesting right now. I know one is supposed to genuflect towards CSJ but it's not doing it for me.
