Sunday, May 31, 2015 - Been some time since I drank a CA chard with this much age on it. This bottle showed up at a dinner and it was chilled, right to glasses. Little bronzing starting to occur, the wine is throwing some honey notes, along with apple and baker pear. All together, is hanging right in there and drinking solid at almost 10 years old. Enough acidity still here to keep it fresh and given the honey and smoothing of the wine now, I would recommend enjoying it now if you have one in your cellar.
