Saturday, April 16, 2022 - Don’t drink this one too cold or you will miss all the nuances. Along with the grass and lime, you can find honeydew and red apple skin. Gentle and subtle. Adequate acidity. The light gold color it has when you first pour it deepens with air to a full medium gold. Rich in texture for the genre. Very nice but it won’t blow you away.
