Friday, October 6, 2023 - Tasted from a quarter bottle left in the fridge since July (3 months ago). Unbelievably the colour showed no darkening, bouquet subdued but on the palate it was still super fresh. Unbelievable. This will last centuries.

2/2/2024 9:42:00 AM - I also find that they become (even) better after some time under cork. And one year (without argon gas) is perfectly ok for all the decent Sauternes I've ever had. So, I always keep at least 12 bottles of stickies open.
