Thursday, December 23, 2010 - Lovely golden yellow, not many tears (relatively low residual sugar?)
Not giving much on the nose but served too cold!
Almost offdry in its sweetness, med+ acidity and body. Notes of smokiness plus usual tropical and honeyed aromas.
Its texture is the most interesting point as it is very fluid, unlike other Sauternes which tend to be cloying....this one is very "light" in its Sauterness....LOVE IT!
