The Rieussec was very elegant, much more than normally found in Rieussec, no doubt due to the perfect vintage. 2007 really is great, producing high acidity, complementing Rieussec's style of full fat fruit. Easy to drink, still very primary nose obviously, but sitting really well on the palate. Glides down in perfect balance, smooth as silk and luscious texture.
