Sunday, July 31, 2016 - Porch Pounders (Jim's house): Slow o'd for about 3 hours. This took 15-30 minutes in glass to come around. Initially, painfully dry. Then, tons of character emerges. This is all over the map, and always changing. Fruit runs the whole gamut of red/blue/purple/black. Olive, smoke, meat and a touch of vanilla on the palate. Really enjoyable and amazing for the price.
