94 Points

Saturday, February 26, 2022 - Tasted blind (and nailed it). This had everything you wish for in a Kracher: the aromatic intensity, the high precision, the typical intriguing quince aromas, the good sweetness/acidity balance. I overall prefer the lightness and aromatic profile of great Sauternes with more saffron notes, but this is definitely great and lovers of this aroma profile will rate it higher than 94 pts.

TN: Very intense on the nose and palate with load of quince, apricots, lime, herbs and minerality. Very dense but still with a piercing acidity cutting through all that sweetness. Precise, round, long and complete.

Decanting: No decanting needed. Good from the go.
