Thursday, June 5, 2008 - Day 1, a little soft and lacking energy, almost cloying, but enjoyable with a chill. Day 2, much lighter on its feet, with improved cut and some of Keith's oyster shells. Quite nice, with a pleasantly juicy squirt of intensity on the midpalate. It seems funny to speak of cellaring falanghina, but if I had more of this I'd be inclined to wait at least a year before opening another bottle.
