Tuesday, October 25, 2022 - Nose: violet, hawthorn berry, gamey, licorice, spices
notes: Still very dark color, medium palate. The nose was quite complex and interesting as it suggests quite a few more years of cellaring before it fully matures. My first time from this maker and I think I should be a bit more patient and wait a few years before trying this again.
Drink: 2026- 2040
