Monday, September 6, 2021 - amazing and probably the best bottle of schrader I've had. have never been able to wait till my Schraders hit 15 years of age, and to me, now that i've had one, I will wait for my others to mature to this age. This was perfectly balanced, delicious - while it was very CA cab, it had a purity of fruit and depth that was so enjoyable and not overwhelming. a real treat and perfect wine with grilled rib eyes.
