Saturday, May 26, 2012 - Earth, wet clay, dark fruit, pencil... This is a schoobook Cabernet, but very balanced with a very nice acidity and pleasant tannins. As I wrote in my last TN, this effort needs a few more years in the cellar to reveal its full potential and gain some signs of maturity.
