Thursday, October 28, 2010 - Wines with Terry Theise (Soul Wine, Seattle): nose: crackers and beeswax - nothing like I expected from a gruner
palate: gruner palate, though. Very grapefuity, and fat to start, it became linear at the tail end of the palate. Finished with lime peel. Not bad, but didn't wow me (though the nose was interesting).
