Thursday, March 30, 2017 - Rousseau 2007 Dinner (RPM Steak - Chicago IL): Served single+ blind in flight. Black fruit, meaty notes, good concentration but moderate finesse. Good+ now with upside from here, but frankly not worth Rousseau market prices.
