Sunday, December 10, 2023 - the color is hardly golden at all, there's still a bit of a green tint, this is acting like a 3 to 5 year old, not a 22 year old! The balance and youthfulness here is unreal, beautiful citrus and apples, fresh flowers, airy spice and honey. Long and elegant finish, just a touch sweet, this is a drinking Auslese through and through, so balanced and fresh. If tasting blind I really wonder if I'd say it was a 5 year old kabinett... such a memorable wine, thank you
