Friday, March 31, 2023 - 90's Dujac Grand Cru and 2007 Ramonet: Youngest looking in a blind flight of 4 top 2007 Ramonet wines, with a green tint. Chalky mineral finish. This and what turned out to be Batard were the group favorites. Excellent indeed, but from this blind tasting Batard is the smarter buy for current drinking, and the Montrachet will probably be the better wine in another 5-10 years.
