Friday, May 5, 2023 - Prelude to the annual Magnum Rarities Tasting in Zurich. A deeply mineral and cool aroma profile. Fruit of red apple with citric freshness. A plethora of fresh herbs. Opens up dramatically adding glass lemon grass and estragon, quince and bee wax after 2-3h. The palate with a tight texture and plenty of cream initially masking and then balancing the abundant, crisp acidity.
