Monday, January 31, 2011 - Dark red color with rich aromas of dark fruit and oak immediately upom opening. Decanted through vinturi. Full bodied but not overly tannic or jammy for a young cab. Smooth texture with flavors of plum, blackberry, eucalyptus and mint. Drinking well now, with good potential.
