Sunday, March 10, 2024 - V 731 on the cork, so disgorged apparently in 2007, which makes sense as I purchased on release in 2008. Pale golden colour, good bubbles. Beautifully balanced, fresh and an absolute delight to drink now. Probably needs food to show its power and character at its best….
