Friday, February 10, 2017 - This No.2 express more the elegance of Yarra Yerring than the Underhill Shiraz and the No.1. The nose is so impressive. Aromatic with cassis, blueburries, heavy cream, liquorice and hints of greenness. Palate is relatively simplier than the nose. Medium-full body with velvety tannin, nice but not overwhelmed acidity as the backbone. Drinking beautifully at present.
