Stunning nose packed with layered dark fruits and just a hint of underbrush evolution. Palate is very intense and shows more delicious fruits with some eucalyptus notes. Bright acidity on the finish. Drinking superbly now.

Palate of red fruits, plums, blue berries, peppers. On the sweet side (slightly too sweet for me). Full bodied, some tannins but no issue. Not bad. Open now

This No.2 express more the elegance of Yarra Yerring than the Underhill Shiraz and the No.1. The nose is so impressive. Aromatic with cassis, blueburries, heavy cream, liquorice and hints of greenness. Palate is relatively simplier than the nose. Medium-full body with velvety tannin, nice but not overwhelmed acidity as the backbone. Drinking beautifully at present.

Plenty of red fruit, soft tannins, but still a nice backbone. Drinks beautifully now.
