Friday, April 22, 2011 - Thursday night dinner; 4/21/2011-4/22/2011 (Seattle, WA): This was just delicious. Pale gold color. Expressive and appealing nose full of granny smith and just a hint of bread dough. More green apple on the palate with some citrus notes thrown in. Massive acidic cut on this wine. Mouthwateringly dry and delicious. One of those go to bottles with many different foods which worked great for our group as we had a variety of dishes and flavors in front of us. Fantastic stuff!
