Tuesday, March 4, 2008 - Jadot Tasting with Jacques Lardiere (Knightsbridge - Northbrook IL): Ripe orchard fruit with hints of tropical fruit and plenty of new oak spice for now. Also lush on palate, but the wine's great concentration and density help keep it balanced with surprisingly clear signs of good acidity.
