Monday, August 25, 2008 - We had this with baked cod on 8/25/08. It had a very nice nose…aromas of pear, apricot & just a hint of pineapple. There were also some smoky, buttery, oak aromas. The palate followed with pear, apricot, a tiny hint of pineapple, pepper and oak. It has a creamy buttery feel in the mouth…very smooth with just a tiny touch of bitterness on the finish. The effervescence is VERY slight. All in all, It was very enjoyable and a HUGE QPR.
