Saturday, August 18, 2007 - Exploring Chateauneuf-du-Pape @ Peter Z. (Belgium): Pale golden colour. Oxidative notes on the nose which blew off after a few hours. Hazelnut, almond, flintstone, coriander, dried citrusfruit. A delicate freshness lies underneath. Wonderful wine with huge gastronomical potential. Drink in 2 to 10 years. 17,5/20
