Tuesday, April 19, 2016 - Very ripe and dense notes of stone fruits, tangerine, and butter. Great acidity gives lift to a creamy, sweet, and saline palate. The minerals are buried under the abundant fruit but they are there at the finish. Great wine and drinking well now.

There is so much fruit here and the wine is so dense that the texture tastes and feels in the mouth like a soup. I am not sure how well this would pair with food or if you would want to pair it at all when you could drink it as an amazing course by itself.
