Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, full body, pronounced flavours similar to the nose but with clear minerality and very long finish. Sadly my last bottle of the six. Still frustrated that 3/6 were suffering to some extent from premox, but the others were exactly what GC Chablis is all about.
