Wednesday, November 24, 2021 - classy oxidative note on the nose, beautifully integrated. not obtrusive. lime and marmalade, whiff of truffles. there is a surprising amount freshness as it moves through the palate to the finish. absolutely lovely. w/ beef tartare, stunning pairing.
