Loads of spice just underneath, earth, spice. schrooms, etc all hiding there, waiting for some time to evolve. Lingers a bit lightly, not a big monster, sophisticated (more like Sophia Loren than Marilyn) , and standing up to my pork stew w chillis. This off a P&P, and it is seamless, w/o mistakes, perfection in a way, but almost calculated? Time will tell. This is so dangerously easy to drink.
