Thursday, November 29, 2018 - Decanted 2 hours. On open, the age is starting to show in the color but this is muted and not giving much - but you can tell the fruit is there. At 1.5 hours this shows a lot of tannin. At 2.5 hours it is showing nice red fruit, great concentration, and tannins are still prominent but enjoyable with meat for dinner. I like this quite a bit, just wish it were mature now vs. needing a few more years. A-/A
