Saturday, December 31, 2016 - Nose is restrained but pleasant with candied apricot along with peach and almonds. Palate is tart and acidic but manages to balance itself into tight elegance. Maybe not the most unique or expressive champagne but still quite nice, especially for celebrating NYE.
