Sunday, May 21, 2017 - Monthly Tasting Group: Champagne and Fried Chicken Taste Off (Brad & Marcia's Place, St. Paul, MN): Light salmon color. Drank 1 glass over 20 minutes. Lovely as always, such a nicely balanced and elegant wine, with strawberry, strawberry mousse, creamy, light lifted. Love these.
