Friday, May 15, 2020 - Light-medium salmon color. Split bottle over 3.5hrs. This was lovely tonight as expected. The nose is so fresh; there's a burst of sea breezes up front, wild red berries, floral, chalk and yeast. The palate has suave and creamy presence, elegant, refined red fruits, wild strawberries, delicate raspberry, chalk, and yeast. This is always a treat and it paired great wity our duck two ways from Alma tonight.

5/17/2020 7:33:00 PM - Boy, that's a tough one. I ask myself that question. My repsonse ususally is I'm glad I don't have to decide. It is really a coin flip. I've had the B-S so many times though, that maybe I lean to the L-P if the gun is cocked. I do love both of them. Similar in style.

A member on here has experience with aging the LP nearly 10 years and says it holds up well. That’s quite impressive for a NV Rose.

What kinda square footage is your cellar? You've got quite the bottle count and that must take some serious space!?
