93 Points

Saturday, June 5, 2021 - Pale Atlantic Salmon color. Drank a couple glasses over an hour plus. So it is certaqinly striking going from the Piper-H Sauvage Rose to the L-P. Simple and klunky, transitioning to pretty much the ultimate in N/V elegance. There you go, elegant, fine bubbles and mousse, sea brreezes, strawberry chiffon, tarragon, floral. The palate is finessed, expansive, strawberry chantilly cream, raspberry, tangy, hints of white pepper, delicate minerality, long and refreshing. 93+pts.

The residual aromas in the glass are quite frangrant once the wine is consumed from the glass and it’s sitting on the table, even more so than with wine in the glass. Does that indicate something?

    Happy Independence Day!
