Friday, October 20, 2017 - Burgundy Tasting (Restaurant Brunnenstube, Beinstein): Glass: Schott Zwiesel Burgundy / Riedel Vinum Burgundy
Bottle opened before tasting. 200% Barrique, but perfectly integrated. Nose a bit muted. High tannin, quite elegant but not as complex as the Hospice de Beune. 91+
