A vertical of Roulot Perrieres (and other goodies) (Orange County): The spice and meat on the nose is so explosive, it immediately jumped out of the glass on the pop and pour. The palate was is obviously young but is so soft and pure with bright acidity. It's a far livelier wine than I thought. It's gonna be a great one to age I think.
