Thursday, March 9, 2023 - Three hour slow ox. Deep dark, yet vibrant magenta color. Blackberry, blueberry, fig, cherry, mushroom, magnolia, crushed walnuts, and subtle burnt ends. Smooth, dry palate. Firm, full, lower intensity tannins on the longish finish.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed this. It was WOTN amongst five very different bottles. Terrific complexity. I doubt this will get any better for my palate.
