Monday, October 21, 2013 - Drank at Au Cheval from 375ml, popped and poured. Rich, concentrated black cherry aromas with hints of vanilla. Sweet dense ripe flavors of dark red fruits that is lush, but not overripe. Nice purity and drinking well if not still a bit young. Likely improves further with time.
