Saturday, August 23, 2008 - The funk elements are becoming more evident on the nose with smoked meat and game wafts intermingling with red fruits and violets. It is snappy in the mouth with a heart of liqueur cherry. There is enough acid here to make Jerry Garcia smile and it finishes with plenty of chestnut and an almost audible crunch.
