Saturday, October 28, 2023 - Pale in the glass with long lasting bubbles. The nose has notes of green apple, brioche, yeast, and a touch of a nutty oxidative character. On the palate the wine is fresh with fine bubbles, a great mouthfeel, and good followthrough from the nose, with the addition of some light citrus like lemon. Brut, so a touch of sweetness balanced well by the acidity. Great entry-level champagne.
