Wednesday, December 26, 2012 - My first Gruner Veltliner. I might say the nose wasnt much but it did sing on the palate, nicely balanced and easy on the taste buds. I found it to be vibrant with floral floral aromas and flavors of pear and citrus. I did taste a bit of minerals, but I feel this struck a good balance with the citrus making the acidity refreshing almost palate cleansing.
