Tuesday, December 5, 2017 - PYCM Chassagne Masterclass (Basement, 67 Pall Mall): Magnum. On the nose this is a slightly subdued version of the 14. Quite ripe and rounded on the palate, some of the floral, honeyed notes on the finish. There's power here, but just enough freshness on the finish. ****
