Noticed quite a bit more alcohol on the nose this time around. Still a big fruity nose with herbal and earthy notes. Flavors are bold with nice mouthfeel and hint of bell pepper on the finish. Nice table wine.

Showing a little cloudiness toward the end but still had the spicey, peppery fruit and finished off with a little plum. Still nice but lacking the depth of their other wines.

Had this at a restaurant, so no detailed notes, but I recall it had some zesty acidity upfront and good fruit, but not much depth and finished a little weak. Was told this is 60% cab franc, with the balance being cab sauvignon and merlot. Definitely a step down from the R3 which I have had.

Not sure what happened to last chance's bottle but it wasn't the same wine we drank today. Nose of cherry with a little pepper and the taste of a little spice with the tartness of pie cherries. Evolved into cherries, a little plum and a touch of anise. Very pleasant table wine.

Didn't smell like wet newspaper so I don't think it was corked, but it didn't smell good either. Like a bottle of wine that was held 5 years past it's prime. Very light in color and exceptionally cloudy. Flavors were also of old fruit on it's way to vinegar. I'm going to hope this was a bad bottle, but since it was my first (and as a result, my last) I will never know unless someone else writes a nice note after this one. Not buying again.

This is drinking incredible. buy the well build WA reds and sit on them. this could be a 500 Napa cab.

Nose of ripe fruit. Nice ripe berries on the palate, some spice in the end. Smooth tannins, balanced acidity. Doesn't linger long.
