Pretty good. Needed to open for a bit. First taste was like a prune, but after about 30 minutes, I started to open up nicely. By the time it was finished, I had a nice earthy characteristic and was smooth with a pleasant finish.

This might be a little past its prime. Nothing to write home about. I guess I should of enjoyed it a year ago, but I am glad I didn't wait another day. Everything is slightly dampened, slightly hot, but it will be consumed none the less.

This was a real pedestrian wine. In Appearance, the wine was a clear, deep purple with long legs. The Nose was clean and developing with medium intensity ot aromas including dark fruits moslty--a lot of plum and balckberry. The Palate was dry and full-bodied with medium acidity and medium+ alcohol, but I found the tannins really soft--I'd say medium-. The flavors were again really fruity and downright jammy, with lots of dark fruits of plum, blackberry, and a touch of cassis, but the concentration is not really there. A slight herbal note on what was a medium finish. Overall, this is an acceptable wine, but nothing really spectacular here. I can't even say it has great QPR because it tastes like a $10 wine.

Slightly sweet Paso cab, reminiscent of perhaps a merlot. A bit sweet, soft, red fruit, no tannins. Consumer pleaser, perhaps not you might expect if looking for a new world cab.

Initially, pretty hot for a cab. Struck me as a "non-descript" bottle; nothing really to note other than the hot alcohol and a general lacking of distinctive characteristics.

Sweet and fruity on initial taste that doesnt graduate to deeper tones. This is a very light Cabernet. A bottle that may be shared in mixed company with those who enjoy softer reds like Merlot. Slightly above average and can be paired with lighter food fair and cheese than the typical Cabernet.

Popped & poured, drank over 2 nights. Dark fruit on the nose, but subdued. Black fruit, sweet tobacco & cocoa on the palate. Pretty solid mouthfeel for a wine at this price point.

Lacking, somewhat. Can't put my finger on it. Fruity and smooth, not too complex. A good casual sipping cab for the price. Good table wine, but don't expect much more.

Fruity at first. A very light cab. Next to no tannins. Good wine for dinner, definitely not a stand alone like others have said.

Not much to this, a bit herbal and green on the nose. Dark berries and cherries on the palate with good body. A slightly weak finish.

I must have hit a bad batch. 4 bottles in a row all turning - just bad luck!
Must have been a sunny shelf at the retailers.

a little thin. nothing jumps out at you yet easy to drink either by itself or with food. if i can buy it for under $10 you'll see it in my cellar.

Earth and currant aromas, with brown sugar and currant flavors. A bit flat and disjointed.
