Deep aromas of very ripe apple, pear, honey, white flowers. On the palate is full bodied, dense-creamy texture. Flavours are mouthfil, nice midpalate density, mid-plus length. Acids are soft, well-integrated, but still gives enough backbone. Details are polished and rounded. One of the best wine of this variety.

Hungarian Tasting Extravaganza from Blue Danube (Boulette's Larder, Ferry Building, San Francisco, California): Light yellow color; savory, light tart grapefruit, yeast, tart apple nose, reminiscent of a Savennieres; tart apple, mineral, chalk, baked pear, almond dust palate; medium-plus finish 90+ points

Port4olio Tasting (O Hotel, LA): Expressive and concentrated. Very interesting and probably in need of some bottle time.
