Lots of butter and yellow apples on the nose, paired with pine and herbs. Light start, light bodied and a bit "flat" on the palate. A decent but perhaps boring Chardonnay

Bird Wines of Alcatraz or The Bird Brain Wine & Dine (Judith's House): Pale gold color. Aerated into glasses. Nose starts off with prominent pear, apple. The palate is medium bodied, clean, pear, apple, very minimal oak, light minerality, fairly simple, mediium finish. Easy to drink.

Bought a single bottle to sample. Very drinkable, but not a bottle that i would rush back for.

I've determined I dno't like chardonnay so nothing specific about this wine I didn't like...except that it's chardonnay!

Declassfied Duckhorn or Paraduxx or Goldeneye or Migration, tied to the winery it is made from.
Fresh, upfront fruit, with some notes of "plastic" that Chardonnay can get. Fine at $18 if not really more.
