After-Hours (Fausse Piste Winery, Portland OR): A one-off project of 46 cases from Fausse Piste. 100% Grenache from Stoneridge Vineyard in the Royal City area, with yields for this wine cropped at 0.75 tons per acre. Great wine, very fruity, showing juicy plum, but with some nice secondary flavors showing through. Earthy, spicy, perhaps some barrel notes...very good stuff!

Red fruit + floral + grenache depth. This is a long way from your inky young Rhone or Spanish Grenaches, very accessible wine.
