Medium body, thin fruit. Ten years in bottle and another hour in a decanter have rounded out the tannins. Appropriately, it paired well with pasta and a spicy red sauce.

This is a well-made Barolo for those who appreciate that big isn't always better. Needed 2 hours of air to coax the wine out of its timid state. Will certainly benefit from further time on its side!

Crown Liquors Tasting (Coral Gables, FL): Tannic, needs a few more years. Medium body, medium flavors. Floral, spices, slight oak, anise. (D - tied for #3 WOTN)

Last bottle of the evening, so no formal notes. A classic nebbiolo-aromas who Opens up in the glas. The wine was just medium body and quite "light" for a Barolo. But it did It's work.

Although young Barolo, we wanted to taste this with medium- organic beef. Had typical, but thin smell, Barolo scent. Medium legs, transparent light red color. Excellent balance with red meat and superb, long, nutty, aftertaste. Surprised our family totally with its maturity. Couple more years to peak.

Opened a day ahead of time, 34E at the winery some years ago. Outstanding on NYE with roast pork. Drink or hold.

Delicious. I am at a loss to describe it, but it is red fruit centric with tons of deliciousness in the finish.

Nice dried red and black fruit with some floral notes and mushrooms. Way too much oak and a tannic finish.
